A few words of advice on content |

Preparing your written content will be your biggest task. Having the bulk of it ready will speed the task of building your site. We can edit it, format it and make it look good, but you need to supply the substance.
No-one knows better than you what you do, and what you want to tell the world. We cannot make this up. Content is all important, and it is also the most time consuming aspect of building a website. It is better to have too much than too little. It can be edited and pared back until it is suitable to use, BUT, it cannot be fluffed up and spread out to fill pages. What to include. Ask yourself: - "What do potential customers want to know about my business?"
- "What do we spend most time telling people about?"
- "What information do we have to repeat all the time?"
- "How can we save ourselves time and effort by providing people with specific information?
- "How can we make people aware of the benefits of staying or dealing with us?"
- "What do we do better?"
- "What do we do differently?"
- "Do we need to include a map / directions?"
These are only some of the things you can address in your website. Making these things clear online removes the need to repeat them as often, either on the telephone or in person. You are then free to concentrate on other, more constructive tasks. Make your website work for you! You might: - Use a "Frequently Asked Questions" page.
- Use a Price List, with details. Remember, you can update it yourself!
- Use an online booking form - reduce time spent filling out details.
The variety of time-saving information you can include on your site is limited only by your imagination. Please contact us if you have any questions about what can be done online.
